About The Position
XTEND is seeking a Supply Expeditor to support purchasing operations by tracking purchase orders and maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to monitor order status and address potential delays. The role involves hands-on work with ERP systems, mainly Priority, to maintain accurate and efficient supply processes.
Responsibilities
- Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery
- Maintain communication with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Update and manage order data in the Priority ERP system
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
- Identify and help resolve supply delays or discrepancies
Requirements
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role (Junior/Entry-level position)
- Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Good English for communication with suppliers
